Steeped in history and tradition, Landau’s was named after the Landau’s family, who opened Jimmy’s Kitchen. Originally from New Orlean and resided in Hong Kong for 15 years, Chef Jack Carson recognises the importance of preserving Landau’s story through his menu by imparting his classic French training into each of the dishes.
Celebrate any occasion in the Dining Room with Landau’s seasonal menu featuring an exquisite selection of modern European dishes infused with diverse regional influences. Embark on a gastronomic journey through Landau’s versatile menu, each dish narrating a part of Landau’s global culinary journey through vibrant flavors and expertly paired beverages. Open daily for lunch and dinner, diners can set the stage for a memorable experience with the Hamachi and Fruit (HK$168), a bright dish that combines melon and grapes with tangy notes of dill and apple vinaigrette, the indulgent Pâté Campagne (HK$128) served alongside winter fruit mustarda and toasted baguette, or a light and refreshing Tomato and Labne Salad (HK$148), an ideal companion to a hearty dish, bringing classic Landau’s heritage through with every bite. Follow with a dish that pays homage to Landau’s historical essence, Landau’s Choucroute Garnie (HK$388) which combines crispy and soft pork belly, a juicy 10-hour marinated duck leg, white sausage, and sauerkraut. For those looking for a softer yet flavourful meal, try a dish that balances fresh flavours with creamy textures – Seared Scallops (HK$238) topped with roasted corn and brown butter. For vegetarian options, consider the Eggplant Napoleon (HK$288), chard and fried eggplant served with roma tomato and ricotta.
