We are seeking a Senior Executive/Consultant with a positive outlook and a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our Hong Kong office. Someone who thrives on responsibility and accountability. Your objective is to proactively drive forward client programmes and deliver results. It’s important that you work well with others.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION • Communications: Plan and execute integrated strategies, providing tactical advice, and taking responsibility for results • Servicing: Manage frontline client servicing, developing strong partnerships with clients • Leadership: Project manage the account, developing client timelines and managing expectations • Creation: Research trends, develop content strategy, craft impactful messaging and storytelling for media, social media and marketing, able to adapt tone for target audience across B2C and B2B channels • Influencer Relations: Cultivate strong media and influencers relationships across APAC, proactively engaging on behalf of clients, preparing briefing documents, and advising on best practice • Media: Content, platform and ad boosting, ensuring quality and KPIs are met • Events: Manage the full event scope, from developing strategy and planning roadmap to managing the event onsite and delivering intended outcomes • Reporting: Oversee monitoring, analysis and reporting, track outcomes against KPIs and competitors, and drive results • Business: Build industry network across APAC and assist with business development leads • Mentorship: Managing upwards and downwards, offering constructive feedback and helping the team and colleagues grow their skills through continuous learning
REQUIREMENTS OF THE CANDIDATE • Strong work ethics and leadership capabilities • Exceptional Traditional Chinese language skills • Degree qualifications with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or within integrated marketing communications team • Solid track record of managing integrated campaigns • Work well under pressure, handling tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects at the same time • Very high attention to detail and accuracy • Holder of Permanent HK ID card or legally eligible to work in Hong Kong • A sense of humour! • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Consultant
