Moving beyond traditional turkey-centric dishes, Spices’ selection of culinary delights showcases the diverse flavours and rich tastes of Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and more. Adding to the unique Spices experience and making it the ideal destination for memorable reunions this season is the restaurant’s the ambient coastal lighting and verdant outdoor terrace, both of which create warm and inviting atmosphere.
At the heart of the Spices Christmas feast is the Roasted Whole Suckling Pig in Thai Style (HKD1,688*), accompanied by delectable Thai condiments such as pomelo salad with crab meat, papaya salad, green mango salad, roasted zucchini and cherry tomatoes, okra, and Thai eggplant. Guests can indulge in the Asian Lobster Thermidor (HKD 798*), a delightful twist on the classic dish that incorporates Asian flavours and ingredients. For those seeking a fusion of Western tradition and authentic Eastern flavour, the Turkey Satay (HKD 198*) served with homemade peanut sauce, and the Sri Lankan Style Duck and Turkey Meatball Coconut Curry (HKD 208*) are must-try additions to the festive table.
