Philippa Lui

Philippa brings over 20 years of corporate finance, corporate secretarial and human resources experience to the Sinclair team. Her natural leadership and management skills make her perfectly placed to ensure the agency’s sound operations across the region.

Philippa has extensive experience working with HK and international listed companies, one of which sparked her interest in legislation. She is an accredited general mediator with specialist skills in Hong Kong commercial law.

Philippa has an MBA from South Bank University, London. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
